It was a joyful event for all who attended.  This year’s president for Honolulu Chinatown Lions Club is Stanley Ching who encouraged all to do good deeds even if there might be setbacks along the way.  Both Lo Tung and Sou San clubs’ presidents gave money and gifts to the local club that night.

Club’s motto is to “Serve People” and the Lions Club around the world are striving toward the same goal.  Hiroshima Lions Club was there to congratulate.  Lions club members from different districts were there too.  It was an enjoyable night for all.  The female members from Lo Tung Lions Club were wearing the pink uniform that stood out quite a bit that night.  District Governor Jack Kampfer was there along with PID Maurice Kahawaii.

President Ching was asked to dance on stage with the Japanese Performer.
